As a Business Development Manager (BDM) you’ll be at the forefront of promoting, maximising opportunities, and driving growth across North Melbourne, while strengthening the apprenticeship community.

What Awaits You…
In this pivotal role, you will drive the procurement of new business opportunities that directly complement our Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS). You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships, while contributing to the successful management of AASS accounts in the region.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute positively to team operations and foster strong relationships with co-workers and leaders.
- Identify and contact sales prospects to establish meetings and build rapport.
- Implement business development strategies to meet KPIs and targets.
- Prepare action plans to identify targets and manage outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain B2B client relationships and create new business opportunities.
- Promote Australian Apprenticeships and services to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to employers and apprentices.
- Conduct visits to employers and apprentices to identify additional opportunities.
- Assist employers with the sign-up process and government forms.
- Ensure accurate contractual advice is given according to company policy.
