We're looking for a passionate and energetic Recruitment Partner to join our team and assist participants in the Disability Employment Services (DES) program in finding meaningful job opportunities.
Be part of our team in a flexible part-time role: work 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Are you ready to make a real impact in people’s lives? As a Recruitment Partner you’ll have the chance to build your network by engaging with the community and local businesses to create a strong pipeline of job opportunities.
You’ll become a business development whiz, discovering new and exciting employment opportunities while gaining a deep understanding of the local job market. As a relationship builder, you’ll connect with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their unique needs and help them become job-ready.
You’ll guide and support participants through appointments, tackle barriers, and create tailored plans for success. You’ll track progress, set milestones, and hit performance targets, turning leads into placements. With your strong communication skills, you’ll provide timely updates and post-placement care, ensuring positive outcomes for both employers and participants.

High level of computer literacy and a knack for using tech to streamline processes
Stay calm and upbeat even in challenging situations
Work well with a team and create a positive work environment
Use your initiative to find solutions and understand the key factors that drive successful job placements
Foster genuine, positive relationships and be an inspiring motivator
A valid open car driver’s license
Experience & Skills
Experience in target-based and fast-paced environments
Familiarity with Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts and guidelines is a plus but not essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining accountability
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong employer relationships and identify key decision-makers
