Job Description

Embark on a Journey and Uncover What Awaits You

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our learning framework. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll design interactive and effective learning experiences tailored to the unique needs of learners in the employment services industry.

You'll be diving into a variety of tasks each day, including but not limited to: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse learning needs and objectives
  • Design innovative and interactive learning experiences using cutting-edge modalities and technologies
  • Develop comprehensive curriculum outlines and learning materials
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all learning content
  • Meet regularly with other teams to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Anticipate and address the evolving needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Seamlessly coordinate project activities to deliver impactful learning solutions on time
