As a Mentor, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers to secure sustainable employment and reach their full potential. You'll create personalised plans, tackle barriers with a people-centric approach, and lead interactive group sessions.
Your mission is to open doors to new opportunities, from skill enhancement to wellness support, and connect customers with valuable community resources.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience creating and managing tailored plans
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and case management
- Proven track record in delivering effective case management
- Analyses job requirements and matches them with skills
- Consistently meets KPIs and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in facilitating engaging group discussions
- Comfortable working with a range of job seekers and employers
- Experience in Employment Services or similar, with knowledge of contracts and guidelines
- A valid Australian Class C Motor Vehicle Licence
