Job Description

A Snapshot of the Role…

As a Mentor, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers to secure sustainable employment and reach their full potential. You'll create personalised plans, tackle barriers with a people-centric approach, and lead interactive group sessions.

Your mission is to open doors to new opportunities, from skill enhancement to wellness support, and connect customers with valuable community resources.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience creating and managing tailored plans
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and case management
  • Proven track record in delivering effective case management
  • Analyses job requirements and matches them with skills
  • Consistently meets KPIs and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced in facilitating engaging group discussions
  • Comfortable working with a range of job seekers and employers
  • Experience in Employment Services or similar, with knowledge of contracts and guidelines
  • A valid Australian Class C Motor Vehicle Licence
